The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ

This project included the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system currently in place on Bldg. 315, the removal and replacement or modification of existing rooftop HVAC equipment on Bldg. 315, provision of steel platforms to support new HVAC equipment, provision of new insulated ductwork, provision of a new modular chiller, provision of new insulated chilled water piping, provision of weather proofing for exterior insulated ductwork and piping, provision of new natural gas piping, provision of new computer room air conditioning units, provision of new controls, provision of expansion of the existing Building Automation System (BAS), provision of concrete pads, utility excavation, backfill and compaction, provision of power for new equipment, provision of lightning suppression system in coordination with the above roofing and HVAC work.
